Absolutely this.

He had a nice run of albums. Ross' greatest hits from Teflon Don, GFID, Mastermind and DTR will be in rotation forever.

But that Hood Billionaire album was so rushed and unnecessary. While people are happy to have Future drop albums in consecutive weeks, no one outside Miami was asking for the same treatment with Ross twice in six months. He had No. 1 album after No. 1 album, then Hood Billionaire came and went at No. 6 with no hit singles. Horrible advice/management from whoever thought that was a good idea.

It's how bad he wanted off Def Jam.. then he turns around in 2015 and drops another album

The irony is the mixtape (black dollar) before the actual album was all that was needed

It was perfect but he followed the same trend with rich forever/GFID and dropped an album that couldn't compare lol

After Mastermind Ross fell off sadly. Hood billionaire was just and half the tracks on Mastermind were average as fukk. Add to the fact that he still raps on terrible trap beats when trap doesn't suit him clearly and the hooks on some of his songs are just annoying. I been saying Ross should drop an album of him rap solely over soul beats seeing as those are the beats he shines on.
