minnesota kinda started this by punking love a few years back and not giving him a longer contract.


they apparently saw rubio as the best player on the team and wanted to save da max for him

Let's just say Love did get the 5 year deal, just fukking around.

Are we assuming he'd somehow feel differently about shyt? Because if so, I don't wanna hear about how the losing is wearing on him and this that and the third. If I was that fed up, I wouldn't give a fukk about how many years left I had on my deal.

The reason why he wanted a 5 year max is because superstars like his boy Russy and D-Rose got 5 year maxes and he wanted one too even though he's not on their level. When he got that reaction from his own management, yeah he felt slighted. Do I blame him for being angry? Not really. Does he have an inflated view of himself? Yes, as evidenced by his greatness surrounded by greatness manifesto. Just cuz he's an overachiever (he is, he really is) doesn't make him great and NONE of these teams are pursuing to make him that great player. They're pursuing him to make him a sidekick to someone else that's better or more valuable than him, just like here.

There was talk about Love leaving since BEFORE he signed the extension.

He took the 3+1 deal because he was afraid if he tested the market, Minny would just match the offer they were trying to give Love anyway, and if he got hurt during his qualifying year, he woulda been fukked (and he did get hurt, though that was his fault).

at the end of the day if he's your best player, you're not gonna go very far. You know it. I know it. The league knows it. So why should the T'wolves lie to themselves and treat him like one? Because they don't think they can do better? In that case, wouldn't you just wait til you found someone worthy of that (and this team felt they have that in Ricky?)

Keep in mind, Flip's in charge. Nobody knows what the hell he has in mind for this team. All we know about Flip is that he instantly regretted drafting Muhammad and Dieng.

Love hasn't even come close to the fukkery that was Dwight's request.

Dwight wanted out, then signed something canceling his ETO, then claimed he was blackmailed into doing it, wanted out again, got his GM and coach fired, then left.

it wasnt dwight fukkery it was the ORL magic fukkery -but at the end of the day.. ORL accomplish what they wanted by sabotaging him

Love got wasted, punched a wall and broke his hand. The excuse he gave to everyone was that he injured it doing knuckle pushups. Of course, none of his teammates believed him. Meanwhile the team had gotten off to a good start early on and after a win vs. Philly, Love goes running to Wojnarowski (who HATES Kahn and the T'wolves personally) and drops a shyt piece throwing everyone under the bus saying a bunch of shyt that ultimately leads to what's up now. Woj goes public with it, the team is livid at what he said. :Love acts surprised like he didn't think his words would get spun the way they did. Comes back, breaks his hand again (on the court) and essentially decided to stay way from the team even though everyone else was banged up and stuck around each other (even Brandon Roy who knew he couldn't play again was with the team)

Kahn then gets fired, and as Kahn leaves, said that Love needs to win back the respect of the locker room.

So it really wasn't because he was doing knuckle pushups huh? Well i'll be damn.

But any of ya'll heard of any brothers breaking there hands by punching a wall from being drunk? It seems like it always white people that i know who does that shyt
