Instability isn’t good. First he has to find a great coordinator, then keep him, and finally replace him when he inevitably gets hired away.

The only offensive coordinators you can keep are ones who have already failed being a head coach.

If they truly believe Morris is the guy then I hope they let him cook for a while until he gets a good qb and coordinators. None of this 3 years and start over junk.

Man, i dont know. It just seems with the way the NFL is going you need an offensive minded head coach. If you go with a defensive coach then the moment you find someone that can run a nice offense another team will hire them to be a head coach, then you have to either pray someone on the staff knows that same offense or you start from square one and lose all continuity with your team.

When we lost Shanahan and kept Quinn, Shanahan took everyone who knew his offense with him and we were fukked.

I mean to be fair, Raheem did coach WRs here at one point

Raheem’s gonna be a good one for us. He’s been a HC, he’s coached here, he’s got great relationships around the league, he’s a leader of men, players love him. That said his success will depend on 1.) his staff, 2.) the leadership structure of the Falcons

Will he get the support he needs to effectively do his job and will he get a staff of guys that can really coach? That’s what I’m waiting on but I’m happy for breh, the first black full time head coach for the Falcons, this is a big moment brehs
