There's no motions ..
No variety in the type of plays
No creativity in the plays or play calling
No change on the snap count
The only player highlighted in the offense is the slot receiver
No audibles
Stacked receivers on short side of the field
The offensive line doesn't know each other and doesn't talk to each other so nobody knows who to block because it's not the QB's job in this offense to call the blocking assignments
Demarco is not allowed to run down hill
When they do decide to communicate they tap each other thus giving away their blocking scheme to the LBs & linemen
Bradford is staring at the line the second he gets the ball
Bench him and put in Sanchez
But kill the person calling the plays
