As noted, TNA star Stevie Richards was recently sidelined with a knee injury.

Richards, who performed as a member of "Right To Censor" tag-team alongside Eddie Edwards, underwent reconstructive knee surgery last week to repair a torn ACL.

Stevie Richards noted via social media that immediately following his ACL operation, he "hobbled" into math class where he went on to ace a test.

According to the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Richards will remain on the sidelines somewhere between mid-August and November. Because he recently re-signed a guaranteed deal with TNA, there is no real pressure for Richards to return earlier than necessary.
:yeshrug: riding out til tna crashes is a smart move imo
After making his return to WWE television on 2/27, Shane McMahon's next RAW appearance has been revealed. Shane-o Mac is being advertised for the March 7th episode of RAW, which takes place in Chicago.

While Shane has yet to come face-to-face with his WrestleMania opponent, it's likely that he will have words with The Undertaker on the 3/14 episode of RAW in Pittsburgh, PA. On Friday, The CONSOL Energy Center announced that both men are booked for the show on March 14th.

The Dead Man is also booked to appear on this coming Monday's RAW. Last week's RAW viewership spiked to 4.2 million viewers in the first hour for McMahon's return to television.
Taker gonna be a heel in his last match in the WWE? :ohhh:
-- Very few people were aware Shane McMahon was returning to Raw until the day of the show. The deal between Vince and Shane was truly only struck four weeks ago and came to materialize after Vince accepted the fact that Undertaker vs. John Cena was not going to happen at this year's WrestleMania.

-- While there have been several major injuries in WWE over the last year, including Seth Rollins and Randy Orton, the backstage news is that when Cena went down, Vince was "devastated" because he had his "heart set on" having Cena/Undertaker in a Legend vs. Legend match to carry WrestleMania.

-- The Cena injury was ultimately the precursor to have Vince go in a completely different direction with Shane as there was growing criticism that this year's WrestleMania was going to be one of the weakest in years, both from a lineup and interest perspective.

-- At this point, the plan is for Shane McMahon to be a short-term performer and simply work through WrestleMania but because of all the drama and dynamics of the McMahon family backstage, he could stick around longer. Some are already anticipating that the soap opera that will now play out backstage with Shane in the mix is going to end up being far more entertaining than the one playing out on TV.
Vince couldn't get Cena in as the legend he is so he found the next best thing you say? :ohhh:

Ha no idea there was RTC or Richards in TNA.

Yeah somehow things worked out. Looks like Mania will be interesting again. Lots of smark crowds coming up, and ratings are going up.

Cena vs Underaker?:why:

WTF Vince.

No wonder he threw Shane at Undertaker. Something had to be super surprising for the Undertaker match to be interesting.

And what happened to Bray Wyatt taking over the Undertaker's horror gimmick? :snoop:
