I had to unsubscribe from Boyces channel, its a cluster f*ck honestly. Boyce seems like an out of touch old man when it comes to technology and managing an online "news outlet".

See I find nothing wrong with critiquing some of her ideas (I don't agree with her views on homosexuality in the black community) but now is not the time at all, and we should not be going out of our way to denigrate the good that came of her work. Many intellectual elders of yesteryear have their ideas couched in the problematic ideals of their time, but my guess is we didn't pour scorn in the immediate wake of their deaths.
This is my thing, agree or disagree with someone but it is a cowardice act to wait till someone is dead to criticize them ON TOP OF doing it on the day the person is dead. Most of these people are nobodies, but someone like Marc Lamont Hill could have had a "debate" with the Ancestor while she was alive if "Homophobia" is a topic he felt is important, would this not have been good for the community to have the convo for all to see and discuss? This is what makes these people pathetic. Like someone else said its going to be UGLY the day Farrakhan passes.
