RIP apologies and respect

I would like to see Warriors vs 94-95 Rockets :yeshrug:
now this would be an interesting match up.

Rockets were a modern team and they had the Dream that wouldn't look crazy in a switch on a guard so the Warriors wouldnt be able to run him off the court.

Warriors would win, but this is an intriguing match up.

I just don't see how a team that averaged 87ppg on 41% shooting in the playoffs is gonna score enough to beat the Warriors.

I just don't buy them, as great a defensive team as they were, slowing GS enough while becoming a much better offensive team themselves.

Towards the end of games, when GS is running their death lineup, Dray is gonna be a out there just roaming fukking shyt up because he doesn't have to worry about Big Ben.

somewhere between a pair of D cup tiddies
Looking at stats, no way.

But I would love to see that match up.

That Piston's team was probably the best defensive team of the 2000's so far

I think it would be more competitive than the stats suggest.
Cottamn, I thought I was the only one reading through this thread...
Those Pistons were physical as fukk.
Warriors would have to earn every bucket.
Draymond would be the beta-goon and not have the edge he does now.
Hard to compare the style and pace of the game and total points.
If GS had to square up and play a different kind of game those Pistons aren't the ones they want to do it against :hubie:

There's a reason this comparison has come up here MULTIPLE times.

I could start a thread about the Warriors vs the 97-98 Grizzlies and the thread would be 6 pages of people explaining how Big Country would dominate the paint and the Grizz would give them work.
Put your money where your mouth is, I'll watch that thread.
Quit tryin too hard.
