From my understanding the witness car swerved right to avoid Lacy, and then the car with the female driver ended up swerving left to try and avoid the witness car that swerved right. However, she ended up hitting the victims car. I did not realize at first first that Lacy was driving in an opposite lane. I thought he was just speeding, but didn't realize it was in an opposite lane.

Yeah. Nothing worse than driving along when someone speeding is creating chaos. I wish this wasn't the case here but it just may be that.- Witness car swerve right first
- Crash car saw Kyren coming
- I think crash car saw witness car swerve right, reacted to the swerve left because of Kyren.
It started to make sense to me now.

Yeah. I hate dealing with that shyt here in NJ. And it's never the guys speeding and being reckless that end up being killed as a result. It's always someone else.People who drive wreckless are fukking a$$holes. It puts everyone around them in danger. You or any of your family members could be driving and obeying traffic laws and next thing you know they're dead because some selfish a$$hole don't give a shyt about anyone but themselves.
I see so many cars in MD driving wreckless in the highway treating it like a speed track.

Yea, its confusing, seems like the witness car was BEHIND the crash car. Which make no sense if that the case, how the witness would able to react first behind the crash car?

That's the worse part. The penalties for wreckless driving should be steep.
It can definitely be confusing at first look. If this diagram is accurate (I saw it multiple times, and some add additional remarks to make it easier to understand), the witness car was originally in front of the car that crashed into the victim.
It goes:
-Witness car is in front of the car that hit the victim.
-Witness car sees Lacy speeding in the wrong lane and witness car swerves right.
-The car that crashed into the victim then swerves left and hits the victims car, likely trying to avoid Lacy or the witness card.
I know a lot of people are going to question why the lady swerved left, but it's easy to say that when you're not the one driving in the moment. She was likely just reacting to the witness car that swerved and she instinctively swerved left and hit the victims car. If this diagram is accurate, then I do understand why they were charging Lacy. Not sure about if certain charges were too much or not, but reckless drivers should be held accountable even if they aren't the ones that actually physically got into a crash. I see these idiots on the highway and throughout the city too often. They speed, don't use their turn signals, go lane to lane, and just cause danger to people.
This seems to likely be a case where people jumped to a conclusion right away to blamed Lacy........then changed their minds once the video came out.......then changed their minds once additional footage and description came out. Always best to just let everything play out and wait for all the information.
