She wasn’t paying attention she was eating funonions. She swerved to miss the gold truck in front of her that was going 35 miles per hour. He stopped and it was not like a slamming on brakes stop according to the video with the officer and she swerved to not hit him

Prosecutor's report disputed police claims about fatal crash that led to Kyren Lacy's arrest

Prosecutors who investigated the fatal crash that led to charges against Kyren Lacy found that the Louisiana State Police probe had “several inconsistencies."

The prosecutor's report also stated the evidence shows the driver of the Kia Cadenza was following too closely behind the gold truck and swerved into the southbound lanes to avoid hitting the truck -- not to avoid Lacy's Charger.
