Soundcloud streaming mostly independent or non-label music, free for everybody, hardly a peep from artists about revenue sharing.

Soundcloud working with majors (and now co-owned by majors), now charges monthly fee for service. wonder when artists gonna start shytting on soundcloud about revenue sharing.

Sucks.... Was a great platform for independent and new artist to be heard. Nobody was really checking for major label releases on there.

Somebody pm me the next few sites that are close to soundcloud.

It was only a matter of time before this happened . I doubt artists are going to see any money from this . Labels are trying to get every little dollar they can. Artists used soundcloud as a tool to show off new music etc. they didn't care about money in that regard
For podcasts people will go to iTunes or some can go to YouTube
