OK and? If you read the actual reviews of the car, this was more of a top speed test with the link you posted. It has been mentioned over and over how the handling is on edge, the clutch is twitchy and hard to engage etc. When you have the Ford GT which cost 1/3 the cost of the Carrera GT and it matches its speed plus has been praised for its handling. Im really trying to see your point. Is it a nice car yes it is, heck almost all exotics are. It doesn't make it automatically a good car compared to others in its class.

Compared to others cars in its class no its not. It's handling is not impressive and other near exotic cars are faster.

Please tell me all the "near exotics" released from 2004-2007 (it's production run) that are faster, keep in mind it held the production lap record at the N-ring when it debuted.

It has the 27th fastest time ever around the N-ring, and half the cars that are faster than it were released within the last 2-3 years. If that's your definition of sub par, then you may need to wait on the day they start making flying cars. For it's time, it was a bonafide supercar and only a fool would argue otherwise.

Compare 9 year old cars to the performance standard of today brehs.
