Yes. A lot of countries are very strict when it comes to land ownership to non indigenous people. When you do see outsiders owning anything like in china its normally big business and politics involved. Folks are upset about this but meanwhile israel is rounding up black africans and putting them in detention camps.. try being black and buying up a bunch a land up in israel.

I think I know why you asked too, but part of my point is that nothing being on the books does not mean that discrimination and prohibition or tokenism is not there, just like below you point out that prohibition on the books does not necessarily equal practiced discrimination

I only mentioned the US to show that discrimination can exist in the face of overt anti-discrimination laws.
the US grew as an apartheid state, so it does not surprise me one bit some prohibitions are still on the books. Being on the books does not mean enforced tho.

I think we can both agree that there are enclaves that practice illegal discrimination/straight up terroristic prohibition, for example, "sundown towns" are still a thing in 2014, think about that. I know of a black family, composed of two physicians, that during the early 80's, had to not only fight housing discrimination, but then had to go and fight to have a "no colored" clause removed from the law books in California municipality.

So how do you suggest correcting a wrong such as apartheid?
So the targets of apartheid are to rebuild and compete in life, while those who flourished under it keep their "winnings", pass it off to their offspring and provide their offspring with a very resourceful head start in life to compete

Why does it matter who owns the land? Im Haitian my self and I dnt give a Damn who's signing laws in Haiti as long as the people there can have a good opportunity to earn a living and raise their kids in security...that's all we want...if a white government can provide that then what's the problem? It's well proven that Africans cnt do shyt...

I'll just leave it at you being real damn naive. Land is the most valuable thing on this earth for a multitude of reasons therefore ownership matters a lot it is literally the reason for most wars :mindblown:
