lol @ left on his own. dude was in there months past due. judge probably told him to get to steppin or go to jail. thats actually a racket out here with rental homes. one guy goes in and rents a house, pays the first couple months rent, moves a bunch of other lowlife government freeloaders in for free living, then doesnt pay shyt for a few months. they cant do shyt to you except to you to court, which takes another few weeks to get the court date set, and then once the judge says get the fukk out of the house you can appeal, which takes another 90-120 days, and you can just squat at the crib you were told to leave while waiting for the appeal date. you can live a year at a joint and only pay 1-2 months rent. once the date for the appeal comes, the people just fukk the house up and leave and move onto the next pad and send a different person in to get the house initially
