He sounds weird on some songs.
Off a skim im feelin this more than marcielago based on the production, shyts darker. Schoolboy sounds dope on covid cough, his style fits over roc's production like a glove. Broadway Billy is fire, always dope to hear a rappers direct influence on the same track. Wish KA was on trenchcoat wars.

Everybody gets at me but I really wouldn’t mind hearing someone else produce more on the next Roc album. Some of the production here is fire. I love Mt Marci, Crockett Tubbs, Downtown 81, Whorus, and others. Some experimental stuff has mixed results. I think Trenchcoat and Covid Cough are cool. Wicked Days is just too weird even for me.

I miss KA too.
I missed KA, Alc, and the Pirate. I think this is the first Roc album without any of those 3 on it.

Nah that Covid Cough beat is fire.
Downtown 81, Covid Cough, Wheat 80s - best three song stretch from this dude since forever. Otherwise mid album - same issues he has had for 4-5 albums - just more of the same. I will say the samples were pretty decent here. If only he had a bit more variety with drums. Wicked Days could have been a real banger.

Marcielago sounds nothing like Behold A Dark Horse which sounds nothing like RR2. And this don’t sound like either of them shyts. None of these mentioned sounds like KAOS. I don’t really get what u saying here. Either way. I gotta let this album marinate. What I will say is Behold A Dark Horse is the last album in the last few u can just throw on for anybody who don’t even have to be a Roc fan. Basically easily accessible to the average hip hop fan.
