$25 for a digital download is the type of thing that encourages ignoring the release or just coppin it illegally. There's really no excuse for that price.

The vinyl for the previous album isn't even $25.

I'll probably go ahead and pay it because I want to support Roc and try to support artists I'm into by paying for their albums, but goddamn.

ill grab the physical when it drops, i hated that it wasnt tagged right. that takes 10 mins, between that and the mixing i was a little letdown with RR i hope this is a little more crafted out.

for 50 id do a disc/shirt bundle, i love the cover

And it still was mixed pretty badly. I really hope he spends the extra $$ to mix and master this shyt right. Thats my only apprehension about pre-ordering this new one (and fear of it not being tagged which takes 5 minutes to do). If it was mixed better I'd put it above Reloaded but man sometimes I can't here his lyrics on certain tracks on RR and the beat literally drowns him out.

To an extent I agree with you.

I buy a lot of vinyl and support artists that I like. However, I would just like to point out that I can totally see why $25 for a non-physical copy of something can be viewed as expensive. It's definitely a little pricey. It's not as crazy as what Mach Hommy and Fahim are doing that's for sure.

FWIW Roc Marci is one of a handful of artists that can get away with releasing music the way he's doing it.

damn $25 ? price went from the last album. rosebudd's revenge was the first album i bought in years. i love it but was disappointed in how it was mixed.

it makes me weary of paying 25 for this one.

i wanna support him though but idk... i might wait until someone confirms the mix is on point
