All of this could be easily changed.
HHH knows his shyt but everyone is already talking about who will be his successor (Punk, Seth, etc)
Shawn doing just as good if not better in NxT.
The way NxT is setup, you gotta be a horrible booker to fail.
It's funny you mention NXT this way because HHH has been booking that for months too while Shawn has been out recovering from surgery

And NXT got worse too :francis:

Yea Ari called Rock but this is still on the back of Rock interrupting the Roman/Cody story because he essentially ran himself out of Hollywood

The Ari call was for 41, the Rock tried to hijack 40

Well WM40 was good, so that was a good call.
I thought we were talking about this year.
I'm thinking Triple H a dummy for thinking the Rock fukked with him enough to let him lead.
If Ari called, then thats different.
It was outta HHH's hands.

Triple H had some terrible booking in NXT as well tho.
The Shield, Sami and Big E were good starts but every male star after that seemed like they were already known. KO was known, Nak was known, Samoa was known, etc.
Priest is kind of a star that he built but he's not that over.
He did good with the women even though the bar was in the gutter.
Shawn has done a good job building Ethan, Trick, Oba and Evans. Maybe Myles too.
I didnt even know Ethan Page was in TNA before.

Damn I didnt know that.
It has kinda simmered down.
I just figured roster changes were being discussed, so things were on standby for a little.
Only change has been Lash so far though.

Dusty Rhodes is responsible for some of those guys you named. William Regal as well.

nah thats true but i mean, i never wanted him there in the first place.

but it was just like, several bad things happening at once

I see what you mean but honesty HHH don't need any help running WWE into the ground:mjlol: I think the reason Rock stepped away is because he realized this
This is probably true actually but I saw it as a Hoegan type move. All of the hype with Cena's turn died without the Rock's involvement. Wrestlemania the past couple of years have been all about him in the main event scene. When he disappears, the story made no sense. Its way smarter than what he tried with DC thats for sure but yeah HHH is attaching himself to EVERYTHING now as he probably feels exposed without Vince's constant backing.

I agree with you that The Rock/Gewirtz are going to be in complete control of The Rock as an on-screen character, that's not even a question. I just don't think he's involved in creative at all otherwise and likely doesn't want to be. If him and Gewirtz don't agree with the Triple H/Prichard group, what else can be done other than move on? I really doubt Rock is going to start overruling Hunter just cause he's on the board. My guess and it's just a guess is that the two sides couldn't come to terms and Rock walked.
Its not really walking. Its just he didnt baby sit for this. People are acting like John Cena is Cameron Hayes or someone who needs to be led through a major angle. When Cena was burying guys left and right..it was all good and funny but now that he's lazy after a heel turn, others are to blame? Math dont add up

Kind of surprised that TSC is finally starting to turn on Jumanji Johnson months after the fact.

His antics during the lead up to Wrestlemania 40 should clued everyone to much of an egotistical prick Dwayne has become.
shyt..he did the best thing for business. Let's see...they wanted Rock vs Roman but had Cody win the Rumble. What kind of sense that make? Thats Cripple H type shyt. He has a long history of horrible decisions. Turning Blandy face after Summerslam 04 instead of him playing face...Katie Vick...Booker T story for WM 19....begging the Rebel for a match which led to him leaving for 10 years.
