I don't care enough to find the promo cuz it was one of their many Raw promos and I don't have the energy or care to sit through all of them to find the moment but Cena definitely said that.

If this was Takers last match couldn't they have done a better job, it just doesn't feel right. Even if Shane doesn't go over have him beat Shane so badly Vince actually comes out and calls the match and banishes the taker for life, just something. Just a poorly booked show.
