Any relation to Paul Silas?
thats his son. I'm never mad at a black man getting a job but I've never heard anything about him.
Has worked under some of the best for years now ... has excellent lineage so hopefully that helps him ... and the fact that this roster with a few tweaks is built for success all bodes well for the young man ... another black coach is a good thing

I’m always happy when a brother gets a chance, dude has grinding his way up the coach and ladder for 20 years .He deserves the opportunity , I hope he performs well

That's exactly what it is. A low cost, low risk head coach signing. A cost saving move at its finest.
Hopefully it does work out for him though.
