Good hire, and one of the top 3 I wanted in Houston. Have to washed away that 3 or die philosophy, while also constructing a roster where you actually trust guys. I hope D’Antoni never gets a head coaching job ever again. No matter who is on the roster, good or bad, he will run the starters into the ground, punish young guys for minimal mistakes and have them wasting away on the bench, this becoming “unplayable” when you need to call on them for the playoffs. Suns, Knicks, Lakers, Houston, all end up falling due to the same shyt. Don’t get me started on his garbage in-game “adjustments”, which just amount to “they’ll figure it out”. He needs to be banned from coaching.

Ferttita is the cousin of the former ufc owners(you know how they pay their fighters) and was always trying to do shyt on the cheap since he bought the rockets. With the China controversy and him being the ceo of a restaurant group in COVID his attitude is probably worse. As far as the coach I hope Harden and Westbrook are receptive.
I think he coached the Hornets for a lil minute when Clifford was sick.
