Honestly Rock is one of the most underrated rappers ever.

Dude just never had a high caliber solo album, and someone feel free to tell me if I'm wrong, but until Ruck released Monkey Barz as Sean Price, and became a solo artist, wasn't Rock considered the better of the duo ealry on? Like on Nocturnal, Rock was the star of the group right?

That's how it was for me. I liked Ruck but it was Rock's verses I always waited for. One of the best voices ever in Hip Hop

But Rock was one of BCC's breakout lyricists behind Buckshot and Starang. Easily the most recognizable cause of his voice.

It's real telling that Rock was the one that was being courted by major labels as a solo artist and Price couldn't get signed... anywhere.

Price got got depressed and turned into a whole nother kind of animal.

P is on my list for most improved MC in the shortest amount of time. shyt is like night and day.

Hol' up son...let's be CLEAR. Sean P was never wack. Some folks out here getting the wrong idea like P wasn't holding his own on those early records. I personally preferred his delivery on some of the Nocturnal tracks. They complimented each other perfectly.

P was really nice even on the duo's early records (I also had them both in my personal top 15 or so), but Rock was the entertainer with bars. Rare combo...

P regrouped and reemerged as an entertainer too. Found a plug. the rest is history.
