Admitting collusion could make the NFL liable for a lawsuit. If Baltimore doesn't sign him, you'll see the NFL use Baltimore and Seattle as examples of "see we can't have collusion if teams thought about signing him!"

But I don't understand what else y'all expect him to say here. Goodell works for the owners he's as aware as anyone of what's going on

I've always been fascinated with backup QB selections. Teams almost never go with the most talented guy as the backup QB, but rather, the one that can run their offense in a pinch. In reality, it should kinda be the other way around. That often leads to some of the worst guys getting 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances to be backups.

There's no reason for Ryan Fitzpatrick and Dan Orlovsky getting chances before Kap. Kap is 100% better than Blake Bortles, you can make the argument he'd be better than anyone Houston, Denver or Cleveland (who just took a chance on trash ass Brock Oswieler) is playing next year.
