Just reiterating how much I hated this dumb ass movie. 
I watched it on a streaming site and it was a cam rip even still I downloaded it after just so I can have the pleasure of putting it in the recycle bin. I might even buy it when it come out just to upload a video of me throwing it in the trash and I'll even tag Halle Berry too.

I love silly popcorn movies but good Lord this joint was aggressively stupid. Filled with good actors but its like they didn’t even try to make it truly fun. Even the ‘fun’ parts got killed by the stupidity of the plot. Its a fine movie to half watch while browsing thecoli though

This was OK. As far as disaster films go, I think they could have shown more destruction and devastation. There was a lot of anticipation and panic, but then they didn't really deliver when it came to showing the true consequences of the things that were happening. Of course, a lot of this was just comic book science, but some of the concepts were kinda cool likeBut a lot of it was just silly, and they threw in some contrived drama on top of it with a bunch ofthe idea of the moon being constructed by aliens or being hollow inside. I hope it spawns other stories because it's pretty brilliant.which will absolutely make some people laugh. Sound mixing was bad too. Couldn't hear a lot of the dialogue over the sounds of destruction. I didn't really get emotionally invested in anyone probably because of the mediocre/subpar dialogue. But still overall, it was entertaining and had some new and interesting ideas. So I'd give it a 5.5bad guys chasing the kids while the moon literally falls
Lol just saw this and even though dialogues and acting were trash as well as all the science looking suspicious at best there were some very cool ideas indeed.
Really the most interesting part was once they reached the moon and the whole megastructure thing with the AI killing off our ancestors etc...that's what the movie should've been about the whole time and in the right hands it could've been a great movie.[ There were some shots in that part that were spectacular. Hopefully someone somehow uses these ideas in a more serious way, maybe some series down the road. /SPOILER]

I'm three quarters into the movie and it's not as bad as people say it is.
I think what happened is that 'professional' critics panned the movie so alot of people go in with the pre-conceived idea that the movie sucks. You even have people who've never seen the movie say it's bad just by simply regurgitating these 'critics'. Same shyt we're now seeing with the new Halo TV show.
It wasn't great but it wasn't as bad as people made it out to be. Folks making hyperbolic statements like, "OMG WORST MOVIE EVER". Calm down...
