Looks like he just got some TPA. The medicine in the glass bottle and the 50 cc Normal saline flush is in the small IV bag hanging on the pump.

if you all ever see that happening to someone you don't want to die (the opposite of this fukker) get them an aspirin immediately.

No. Call 911 ASAP. Aspirin is an antiplatelet and not a thrombolytic to break down an intracerebral blood clot (thrombosis/embolus)

Anyway, it seems that his days are numbered. That was a gig TIA (ministroke). Lucky for him it was caught on live stream and not middle of the night.

The bad news is such a significant TIA is usually a sign there is a big one looming

good to know. i remember reading that years ago that if the person is talking to you and they start slurring their words that you should give them aspirin. and another was an aspirin regimen for stroke prevention. shyt that pamphlet must have been funded by bayer.

edit: doesn't apply to all strokes, just blood clot ones and since we can't tell what's what, leave that in the medicine cabinet.

Aspirin and Stroke

Taking aspirin isn't advised during a stroke, because not all strokes are caused by blood clots. Some strokes are caused by ruptured blood vessels and taking aspirin could make these bleeding strokes more severe.
you don’t know if it’s hemorrhagic. You have 3, 4.5 hours for some people to get them to hospital for potential thrombolytics

Nah man. Also it can be a bleeding stroke. You need a CT to rule that out. Furthermore, the person may not be able to swallow anything due to the stroke.

Exactly.
