No offense but you're blind if you call what she did a power jab.
She looked like she was trying to throw her shoulder out of its socket.

She does not know the very basic physics fundamentals of how to throw a punch.

I saw the video of her sparing Vic and it was pitiful he was playing with her, it wasn't even serious, he doesn't train with her in any capacity to help her learn, they are just in the same building, that's why I said a real boxing gym

Vanes trained with Freddie Roach most of his career and switched to Goosen lmao
