I have seen him too many times in the playoffs become the best player on the floor to think he is washed, and after him taking control of that Bulls locker room and what he did the Celtics before he got hurt, you could see he wasn’t done.

If you run with him and listen to him, your going to have success in the playoffs.

I looks good in his highlights, but the fact that he’s so small and can’t shoot the ball means you can’t have him play off the ball and be effective. He needs the ball in his hands to impact that game on offense, which is a shame since he sees the floor as well as he does.

Rondo is someone who has enough edge to where every player that played with him (not Ray) is gonna respect the flame and game. He’s gonna make everyone accountable, no matter the talent level. He doesn’t overdo it for the most part and knows every aspect of being a winner. NO just needs to get him (and the system overall) a couple more 3 and Ds

Rondo will be an elite coach when it's all said and done.
