Dallas was a sure-fire playoff caliber team before this move. Monta can take over games. Dirk is gonna be Dirk. Carlisle is the second-best coach in the league. And they just picked up the best traditional point guard in the NBA and a walking triple-double. Not to mention he is a top-flight defender?
