Like I said the DR is a who you know culture there’s 11m on the island and like 5m live in the Santo Domingo area. If the building collapsed on Mixxer or The Paris Club, the Dail Bar or the Club in the WP hotel

you would’ve killed half the passport bros and half the drug dealers in the DR.

The DR is a small country If the president does dirt in the country people will know.

If you’re a mover and shaker in the DR you live in like five or six neighborhoods in Santo Domingo. The central Bank head lives in Piantini in condo near where my homeboy lives. Does she have another spot somewhere sure but half the time she’s gonna be somewhere in Piantni. Condos in that building start at 700 bucks going 1600 bucks a month.
I’ve been to Puerto Plata…Haven’t been to Santa Domingo

But I didn’t know MONDAYS were moving like that.

I which these YouTubers talk about how these Passport Bros be getting robb in the DR.
To get robbed in DR is kinda hard because PPB’s are gonna be in tourist bubbles of Sosua or Santo Domingo

The main way people get robbed is by a whore going through their drawers since they don’t want to talk about hoes they don’t say nothing.

DC Born Rob made a post about some Spanish person getting drugged by hoes and the DR paraded them in front of the courts.

Obi Laand reported on a drugging by a Colombian from New York getting drugged by girls in Cali and they made her go through a process and she ended up tracking the thieves to Medellin her self.

The DR is dependent on Tourism Colombia is not so they don’t give a fukk.

this is so sad :mjcry: I hope the survivors can sue the owner into oblivion
Nelson Cruz definitely has the means to get a couple lawyers from the United States to look into this case, I'm sure he will go hard considering his sister was tragically killed. It wouldn't surprise me if he tries to get justice for all the victims involved.

SD is like New York the party days are everyday.

I don’t know who the cats playing are but If Bad Bunny did a show anywhere the city would be shut down that night.

Daddy Yankee did his farewell tour in Cali on a Wednesday that was raining and the city was shut down.

You were in Puerta Plata let me find out you’re a partial Passport bro on the low.

How close to Bailee’s were you LOL

I wonder how much pull the club owner has and who will get charged? Because once fingers start pointing it could get bad, starting with fake blueprints to local government sign offs on safety checks that didn’t happen.

If a big enough fish owns this place he could get a lot of people in trouble.

You think the eric adams case was bad they might need a pardon for their mayor too depending on how far this goes.

Maybe it’s just a regular rich nikka or ex ball player that owns it and the least connected partner goes down for this but if it’s a politician that’s a major scandal.

Man the lawsuits alone will make people super broke. Again either they cover this up fast and get some pasty in handcuffs or all partners get sued to the stone age before the prosecutions begin.

And the big clubs are gonna have to be checked pronto for safety violations

a lot of people involved has some splainin’ to do. The jefe de Bomberos ( the Fire chief) is gonna be asked questions.

I’d assume that a Politician is a silent partner.

Seriously though if were in Club Miami or anywhere on the Malecon the same shytty structural problems existed and the building was thrown up by illegal Haitians with the cheapest materials they could get away with.

I know a lady who build a house in Miches near Punta Cana took her 4 years because she wasn’t there to supervise the construction.

The wild thing is if you were in Blackbeard’s you’d be safe because that foriegn owned hoe resort had to be built to exacting standards.

Friend of mine bought an apartment, brand new on a construction project less than 4 years ago near the air base in Santo Domingo and it already has structural leaks. They suing the company but that's shyt going no where now the owners are stuck with paying for repairs and hoping the building don't collapse.

You have to supervise the build or rent or buy in an old buidling or a spot where prominent people stay in. I know a dude who has a baby momma near the airbase.

The spot near the Naval base especially with the new malecon is nice.

It’s low key hood but the army base area isn’t that bad and I notice that even though the subway is elevated you can’t see nothing on the base.

Gotta be careful when buying in the DR you buy a condo in the city for 80K USD that’s a good chunk to lose due to faulty construction.
