My friend said when Covid hit, building supplies went through the roof, so projects either got delayed or cancelled or the ones that did cut back on supply quality, so if something was built in the last 5 years, that shyt has Chinese level sturdiness, which is to say that shyt wouldn’t pass inspection in any normal circumstance
