Rory ADMITTED at 48:28 that him and Mal were indeed OVERPAID by Joe based upon the percentage they were SUPPOSED to receive….

we partners and you ask me for the books cause you wanna know if you being paid right, I get a accounting office who work for me to send you some over, not even nothing detailed and you come back and I come back and say “hey I’m over paying you”. How am I to know that’s true if you won’t let my accounting team see the books? Not to mention previously I found a error of 400k with this accounting firm.

this the issue, Rory only ever could take joe word when they should have accounting info monthly.

so Rory doesn’t know if joe is lying or not. But he don’t wanna say he lying cause that’s his friend and if only asking for info turns joe into defense mode then you know if he keeps pushing where it’s going to go.

imagine going from paid percentage partner to “I’m gonna put y’all on a salary” cause you don’t wanna let me see the right info that I’m entitled to see lol. I’m sure they coulda took joe to court for that shyt but they didn’t want to fukk the relationship up

This is so fukking stupid. They were overpaid based off the excel spreadsheet bullshyt that Joe likely embellished on. They wanted to see the real figures instead of that bullshyt excel sheet, so they can find out if that was true.

Seems to me that if the books are THAT cooked and if Rory and Mal have evidence of crooked accounting then why not sue Joe? If you were supposed to get a Percentage and by LAW you are supposed to have access to make sure you are indeed getting that percentage and your getting janky numbers then there are only so many conversations you gonna have with your “mans” before its time to tell Joe






And Joe could be as mad and have as many temper tantrums as he wants but if them BOOKS is what’s important then them BOOKS getting cracked the fukk open
