all you said is Correct. The point I think you missing is that once a lawsuit got involved that was was gonna be the end of the pod immediately. Joe pretty much said he would end it if they tried auditing him.exactly!! this shyt 100% didnt have to spill out for 3 months. If they know they had a contract they could have got that dough and kept their jobs. That's what I've been saying too. This wasnt the worst decision but it damn sure was the 2nd worstnikkas kamakazi'd over books and ledgers that they could have just sued for without breaching contract and taking months off with. Thats the same shyt I said when people posted Ish's babymomma exposing him. She's trying to kill his income when she could just bring the pod with him on it to a lawyer, and get his unpaid wages garnished. The 19k he owes would be directly taken from either one of his sources of income.
Not only are cats not using their legal team regarding half a million dollars... they are also choosing not to make any money instead of contractually fixing the shyt easily. Rory trying to fight Joe shows he had no clue what he's doing. If he already has his contract with the % in it, he wouldnt even have to be mad at all. If Joe cried poor and hid the money they would put a lien on his house to pay Rory and MalThey pretty much played right into Joe's hand by only grabbing money they already made while still getting fired. Getting money you already should have gotten isnt a win. That was literally your bread in the first place. You basically had a guaranteed sports contract but you voided that shyt by not knowing what you're doing.
there's still alot of pieces that dont add up like going to therapy together, "trying to keep it real" instead of "keeping it right", showing up after 2 months off...all buddy buddy knowing dude robbed you, having that Shultz studio shyt lined up. Joe isnt dumb enough to disappear bread when they have a contract. Some other shyt is lined up 100%. People can call me dumb or wild, I'm just stating my opinion. I wouldnt be surprised if all of these dudes on each studio arent working together to create fake beef and more money. Charlamagne, Shultz, Joe, Akademiks etc arent dumb people. They've already dabbled in that lane and saw how profitable podcast beef was. Joe barks on people very calculated, it makes it easy to believe he's wreckless when he's anything but that. Too much of "the end of the story" doesnt add up and all of them dudes talk to eachother behind the scenes. Its like watching a well calculated bank heist where they all meet up in the same safehouse at the end.
obviously now that the pod is over they can take those steps, especially with joe threatening them with a lawsuit if they make a pod
