It's not that he called him a p*ssy. It's a year later, and he ain't even gotta reference (no pun intended) Meek again, ever. "Views" sold well. He got his #1 hit he's been chasing. His career is doing fine.
"One Dance" and "Hotline Bling" are the biggest hits of his career....that's clearly his lane now....and he chooses to perform a year old diss record in Meek's home town....solely to start some shyt. Calls him a p*ssy, on top of that. Clearly he knew it was a bad idea, he had J. Prince with him for protection.
So at this point it's kinda like....what are you doing? Nobody gives a fukk about Drake vs Meek in 2016. The kind of people that made "Views" #1 for 11 weeks or whatever are not sitting around like "man, I hope Drake disses Meek again!"
It just seems like Drake is on his Al Bundy shyt.
