but the discussion wasnt centered around that..there were literally flippin out about the word itself

Well, nah this shyt is corny. I never seen this. I was going off that whole other thread on the subject.

What's funny is Ebro is the only one trying to make this conversation about the word and the women and people calling in were saying what I said...."who cares about this shyt at this point, what does Drake gain by rehashing this?"

It's not the word breh.

It's too far in the context of....the public has voted, they want pop record Drake. "Views" is his biggest album. Being aggressive and doing dumb shyt like performing "Back 2 Back" in Philly gains him nothing at this point. People like me don't buy it, and his fans don't care. If they did "Back 2 Back" would've been his first #1, and not "One Dance".

Fred.

If you're Drake and you're headlining your tour only a year after the beef, why WOULDN'T you do "Back 2 Back". It's one of his most popular recent songs.

If you pay for a Drake show and he DOESN'T perform "Back 2 Back", you're not getting your money's worth. :heh:

"Back 2 Back" is not a top 10 hit. It's not even a top 20 hit on Billboard 100.

It's not one of his most popular recent songs. The biggest songs of his career ain't even rap. His first #1 song, ain't rap. His second highest charting song, ain't rap either. People acting like "Back 2 Back" is "Hotline Bling" or some shyt.:mjlol:

And it's not just that he performed the song, he changed lyrics to it because he was in Philly. Called Meek a p*ssy, prior to that. A year ago in rap terms is ancient. Nobody cares about Drake vs Meek in 2016.

Come on now, breh. You can't be serious.

Take the blinders off for a moment and REALLY think about what you're saying right now.

Come on now, breh. You can't be serious.

"Broccoli" by DRAM charted as high as "Back 2 Back". It debuted and peaked at 21, that's it. It's not that big of a song.

The point is he has dozens of songs he could play in place of a diss record from a year ago.

Ebro is a sad human being. He will talk about Drake daily and for hours simply to continue getting hits and listens from all over.

This cornball called the other cornball, Rosenberg, while he was on vacation to do nothing more than reiterate his Drake points.....so that we can talk about it in here, so it can be click bait on Twitter, etc.

And yea, Ebro is too old to be talking that subliminal shyt about Taxstone on the radio. We get it, Ebro. :shaq2:

Context, breh.

It's not that he called him a p*ssy. It's a year later, and he ain't even gotta reference (no pun intended) Meek again, ever. "Views" sold well. He got his #1 hit he's been chasing. His career is doing fine.

"One Dance" and "Hotline Bling" are the biggest hits of his career....that's clearly his lane now....and he chooses to perform a year old diss record in Meek's home town....solely to start some shyt. Calls him a p*ssy, on top of that. Clearly he knew it was a bad idea, he had J. Prince with him for protection.

So at this point it's kinda like....what are you doing? Nobody gives a fukk about Drake vs Meek in 2016. The kind of people that made "Views" #1 for 11 weeks or whatever are not sitting around like "man, I hope Drake disses Meek again!"
It just seems like Drake is on his Al Bundy shyt. :flabbynsick: "Hey guys, remember that one battle rap from over a year ago....wasn't it cool!?"

Fred.

What? The beef is still continuing watchumean? Chasers still sending shots at OVO. Q got touched. Other people getting involved. Chasers tried to put it out there that Drake ain't welcome in Philly a week ago. The fallout is still going on outside of the music. Maybe some of yall aint paying attention. You got all that going on , and this white old dude that aint really in the game throwing static b/c Drake threw shots on stage?

As if that aint been happening in hip hop from time. Rosenberg actin clueless.

Beef been dead, and Drake keeps rekindling it. Every single time. Was dead for 6 months, Drake threw shots on "Summer 16". 6 months after that, he's calling Meek a p*ssy in concert.

The average person don't give a fukk breh. You're talking about QM getting beat up like the people singing along to "One Dance" know or care about that.
