off first listen rocking with Black History, Respect My Gun, Loved Ones, Made Man

mixing seems strange too. Drums and bass seem way too low/clean (which I think a few people have complained about with his stuff lately before). When I think of Premier at his best drums are knocking and dusty. Contrast with Nottz for example whose bass/snare combos have been knocking retarded for years.
