In addition to 41 home games he'd be able to take the train or drive to Philly, Boston, and DC, and it would have reduced the amount of regular season flying he would have to deal with. I know Philly traded for him the following season but with it being Heinke's first season gutting the team, he didn't have a chance of doing anything.
