i mean, musically this aint exactly a hot take. and has sucked for some time now. dude's verse on nas' album is one of the worst ive heard in recent memory.

as far as the film, it was no 8 mile. which clearly the machine behind him was trying to position it as.

I know I'm in the minority but I didn't think the verse was that bad. But It wasn't great either.

If we’re being honest I guess the passion is gone. He got successful too fast and the music suffered because of it. The difference with her and him is she’s at least sounds passionate in her verse.
