The moment Chris Jericho unified the WWE and WCW titles, the WCW title and its past NWA lineage became a part of the WWE Championship.

The belt awarded to Triple H (World Heavyweight Championship) has nothing to do with he WCW Title of old they just shared the same belt. And now that belt is gone.

Smark booking here, but if the World Heavyweight Championship was truly the successor of the WCW Championship, then Triple H should've defeated then Undisputed Champion Brock Lesnar to re-dispute the titles and give RAW it's title. But since Brock took the belt to SmackDown and never looked back, Eric Bischoff just created a new title, used an old belt, and gave it to Triple H.

unfied the belts when Jericho won, then got rid of that

Created a secondary belt when they gave Paul the gold belt.

unified them in 2013, then modified the design and name when the rock got it, getting rid of 2 belts

Now they're having 2 belts again
