Watching the replays of that last play and unless I'm blind that was a clear foul on Booker. Why they keep calling it a block shot on ESPN :pachaha:

I thought it was when I first saw the replay too but on closer examination I think Russ actually touched the ball very slightly before he hit Books’ hand. It’s still hilarious to me that Book might’ve got the ball back if he wasn’t so busy complaining to the refs

I’ve said it on here before but I think Kawhi actually has a deeper offensive bag than KD. KD’s cheat code is really just his skill set in combination with his height
I would agree. Kawhi actually has better handles and has (or shows) more post-moves, but KD doesn't need all that because he's 7 foot with a high ass release point. He does have a sick double crossover into a pullup J, which is a cheat code for a 7fter. However, often he doesn't need more than the 1 dribble pullup or conventional backdown into a fadeaway or 1-leg Dirk fade.

As far as who's the better shooter, KD edges Kawhi out with the career averages:

Durant: FG% = .499 / 3FG% = .385 / FT% = .886 / eFG% = .549 / TS% = .619

Leonard: FG% = .495 / 3FG% = .387 / FT% = .859 / eFG% = .549 / TS% = .603

Ultimately Durant is the more accomplished player and specifically the better regular season player but if you look at their last 5 or so playoff runs, Kawhi has arguably been better. Higher PER, better TS%. But he simply can't stay healthy, even less so than KD.

Just Win Baby
There was one possession where KD posted on the elbow, called for the ball from CP3, and CP3 ran a different action and made a mid-range jumper.

KD let it ride that time, but I see him getting his way moving forward. Gotta let him play make and get buckets late.

KD gonna have to start slapping that midget and some of the jits around to get this done, idk if he got it in him though

Monty is gonna have to double Kawhi, you are not gonna stop him 1v1 even if it’s good defense.
