This nikka just said no one will give 100 percent on the court:mjlol: Their competitive drive is a lot more than yours. Have you read giannis comments? Brons?
im telling you, once dudes start catching the rona left and right out here this is gonna fail miserably :yeshrug: id bet my fukking life on it

im not blaming them or calling them uncompetitive. we're living in a world right now where the only way to avoid this thing is stay 6 feet away from people; how do you play good basketball and do that :dahell:

A few Floors Down from the Daily Grind
Saying “the players chose to go back” and not acknowledging the pressure put on them from above to consider it/accept it is wildly ignorant.

In baseball I saw a comment made by Brock ****, a utility infielder who signed a 1 year agreement with a new team. His wife is pregnant and he’s still going to show up. When a reporter asked him why he was like “I wish I was in a position to just skip a year financially, but I’m the type of player if I miss a year, my career is over.”

Saw the same thing with local salons and barbershops. All it took was one place to open up when they were allowed to and it forced everyone else’s hand. Open up or get left behind, aka put your life at risk because if you don’t, this guy is.

Lose lose situation.

. Players gonna be out there playing like every night is the All Star game :mjlol:
but are they really though?

think about when westbrook comes back from his break after having the fukkin virus. everyone on the floor is gonna know he has it :dead: you switching to that dude on defense? you going in for a steal?

would you personally go to the YMCA in florida right now and run 5 on 5 with 10 strangers?

im not blaming the players or saying they're not competitors, i feel like this is just basic preservation instinct

nah that's what Im sayin tho... I'm agreeing with you. All Star Games ain't really competition, just the players on the court having fun

that's what it's gonna be for the rest of the season

I disagree. This championship will be won under incredibly difficult circumstances.

That said, they're playing a dangerous game with playing sports in America right now.

I'm so jealous seeing Korean Baseball games with fans and Rugby matches in New Zealand with full attendance :mjcry:

thats what happens when you have competent leaders and a cooperative population.

he’s been in mlb for 8 years..,was even an all star once

probably just living a life that’s above his actual pay grade ...that’s probably why a lot of these players need to show up ...making 550k a year which is the minimum (not sure if he does make that) ..but living a 2 million dollar lifestyle ..when realistically he should probably be living life comfortably
