But the point is...when the defense is not elite, and when they don't give baby hair a short field, it's a struggle for him...always has been...always will be...

Wilson has also had the luxury of playing with a great defense and unlike a lot of these qb's who don't and need to put up 20-30 points to win Wilson could score in the teens and win. He's asked to simply make a big play or two a game and can go long droughts without scoring because the d was their to keep them in it. He's had games where he did nothing and they still won because of the d.Now that the d isn't the same and the offense has to finally score some points he's not as good.

Man I remember that shyt too. The best running back Cunningham played with in philly was a washed up Hershell Walker. Not only that but Cunningham gets his knee blown out against the packers (cause the O line was one of the worst in the NFL) and the Eagles don't even address the O line the next year.

Two years later Cunningham gets his leg broken playing behind that same awful line that the Eagles refused to fix.
