I cant speak for everyone and I know things can hurt our pride but at the end of the day the concern should be that if there are additional adults in the child's life that they should love and care for them.
Is the stepparent a good person? Do they love my kid and treat them well? Then for me were good.

I'm on record saying that I think it's great that future got joint and that should be the standard. I have a great deal of experience with and hate for mothers who keep good father's from their children.

Future needs to make sure he uses all of his visitation and not let the little boy ever question his love for him.

Is everything gonna be "fair"? No
But unfortunately that's how it is when you have a child together and not continue the relationship.

My hope for baby future is that he always feels loved and safe with both of his parents and any stepparent that may be in his life.

I really don't care how any of the adults feel tbh.
