They have MICLIC’s, probably just not the man portable version we used to use. It’s just not as simple as driving through a cleared lane. They also have to deal with non-stop pre-plotted arty, enemy aviation, maneuvering on light/mechanized infantry and armor/anti-armor. These doom and gloom articles have been non-stop from the start.
