I can't find the post in response to @Captain_Crunch's statement that Ginsburg only recently became an advocate of ending qualified immunity when it was fashionable to do so, but he was right and the goofy who only brought up the most recent qualified immunity case in which she followed behind Justice Sotomayor is wrong.
Ginsburg had always been a big supporter qualified immunity for police officers until a few years ago.
