A lot of brehs are acting like this is the end of the world. It’s an unfortunate situation, but we’ll see what happens. There are a lot of outcomes that are possible in the upcoming months.
Keep in mind 2008 to 2015 was a different time. The likelihood that someone like Trump would win was LAUGHABLE. Back then people thought Jeb Bush, Chris Christie and Ted Cruz were the best the Republicans had to offer. And Hilary losing to any of those three was unrealistic. Trump wasn’t even being thought about. Ginsberg thought she had time and she thought Hilary would easily win.
I'm cool but this is a crazy large setback. Yall really think something as controversial as reparations is going to survive in this court? Republicans can now block any law they want by using the courts.
