FWIW I did read a review that said it was closer to US than Get Out

Praise here seems less to do with story/meaning. Its more or so just how its made and just how integral the music is throughout.

Ever since I got burned by the glowing, early reviews for "The Last Jedi" I don't blindly believe the early hype anymore.

Studios have learned what they need to do in the digital age: make marketing look like real grass roots hype. Joker part 2 got a standing ovation.

I truly hope this movie is excellent tho.
