Nobody denies that the line needs help.
But good quarterbacks find a way to get rid of the ball and avoid sacks.
They audible. They call hot routes. They spread the all around.

Tannehill stands still and has tunnel vision for Landry.

It's embarrassing.

Oh he's blitzed a lot?
This is the fukking NFL. Defenses come with it.
That shyt ain't no excuse.

:heh:

Yes, let's cut three lineman in as many week, and pretend that the problem is the qb.

unbeleivable.

I don't give a fukk about the qb, I'd say the same for any qb that was here. NO ONE is winning with that oline.

Anyone thinking otherwise needs to watch more football.

Brother @The_One

What are Tannehills flaws?

Bruh, I said he doesn't need to get blitzed. Most of the time teams get the the qb without a blitz.....consistently. THAT is the fukking problem.

A regular four man rush gets pressure on 7 guys......so who are you passing to and where?

You guys are so obtuse.

Tannehill has below average pocket presence. He doesn't know when to step out of the pocket and run when he can and he takes to long in the pocket waiting for the receivers to get open.

He doesn't know when to just cut and run and stays waiting to the last minute to make the pass. This works sometimes but fails just as many times.

However, he has proven that when the line holds up he can be pretty damn good.

He also needs to rely more on his legs and stop relying on these lineman to hold there positions.

This video is the epitome of what I was talking about.
Four guys blowing up 7 guys. 7 guys covering three receivers. 1 guy watching the qb to see if he runs, and the lineman flying directly to tannehill the moment he gets to his drop.

NO IT ISNT!!

He walked into that sack with his long ass drop.
Cam Newton did that exact same shyt in the Super Bowl and Denver killed him for it.
They made a point to talk about his shortened drop back in Game 1 of the season as a reason why Denver wasn't as successful.

Tannehill was already in a shotgun. Why the fukk was he taking 5 steps back??

:mindblown:

But wait.......there's more.

Horrible pocket presence.
You're right handed and you don't see the guy coming from your right side??

This is how you're defending this idiot?
Yeah the protection failed but that's not a reason to take the sack

Wow, you are really really dense.

But whatever, you stay with the nonsense. Qb is the problem, everyone is not. Cool.

LMAO at this guy what are u Ryan Tannehill cousin or somethin

if he had any vision, awareness, or anticipation he could have took off and probably picked up some yards running when he saw that DL coming free. O-Lineman get beat all the time in the NFL but good-great QBs still make it happen by being decisive and not sitting there waiting to get drilled :mjlol:.

and that second video :russ:how does he not see the dude coming from the middle right at him? you making our point for us b :stopitslime: tannehill is fukkn blind out there

but yeah tannehill is a real winner :pachaha:

dogg, you guys are arguing and don't realize that neither of you are wrong. The o-line is trash AND Tannehill sucks lol. Why can't both be true, it's not like you're forced to blame one or the other. I think the team stinks as a whole aside from maybe 7-8 players, but I've seen enough to say Tannehill isn't the answer. I'm pretty confident he'd be average even on a good team, he just doesn't have the instincts of the guys who have been playing the position their whole life at a high level.

I'm riding with gase on this. I think he's the future of this team.

If he wants to replace tannehill then do it, if he wants to ride him out for the rest of the season then do it. Either way, I have more faith in gase's judgement than the judgement of dolphin fans.
