im only talkin rap music, and ive heard way more quality of that from rae than rza :yeshrug:

You missing my point. You're hearing more quality sh!t from Rae cause he's MAKING hip hop music. RZA doesn't. But when he does, it's been good sh!t.

If we hear the RZA tracks for A Better Tomorrow, and them sh!ts are trash, I'll be the first to sh!t on the God. I've heard enough good sh!t from RZA over the last few years to have faith that he cooked up some good sh!t for the new Wu project.

I'm just gonna side with @Billy Ocean here. Yes the song in the OP is trash, however the tracks RZA did for that Dr Pepper EP was fine.

I refuse to believe he's going to lace Wu Tang with tracks as wack as the shyt he did for Pacific Rim...

He probably has some joints. I liked 8 Diagrams. Many didn't. I expect more of that sound. My concern is that Rza is even involved with these wack joints in ANY capacity. Like, his wack detector is way askew. Unless it's just a money thing. But even that is implausible.

and his flow. my god. i'm not ashamed to say Rza was my 2nd favorite MC when Bobby Digital dropped. But his flow on these newer joints, even when he's just doing a chorus like on MBDTF or the Earl Sweatshirt album has been so doofy sounding.

Flat top pending.

Yep. And on his legacy.

I stop producers careers, the weak spot was their ears
Scorpion darts hits their mark, pierce their heart with silver spears
You're bewildered, my unsaturated, low filtered
Devils still peeled it still they're living built tilted
MC's upon their axis, their body has a tactic
Lactic acid, desert drop cactus, practice
You can never master, it's invincible, Wu-Tang indispensable
One nation under God, indivisible

Maybe it's a money thing? Why do a big song for the Yankees with some no name band? Why not bring in someone relevant. It reminds me of that song that Keep Watch song where he got some lame singer no one has heard of to do a big hook. Why...?
