You playing around man

Let's be real here.

Most men would be pissed that a chick poked a hole in the condom.
But would she be charged and convicted of rape as a result? Nah, your ass would just be on the hook for 18 years of child support.

It's fukked up to do that shyt, even I know that and I admitted that my dumb ass has done it. But rape? Nah, it ain't rape. It should be illegal, but there should be a separate law or title for it or something. There's just too much stigma when it comes to that word.

Hell, people who kill someone drunk driving aren't convicted of MURDER, it's vehiclular manslaughter while under the influence. It's a different thing altogether.

I agree it's not cool. I disagree with it being a legal matter. Possible exposure to stds and pregnancy is just a risk of having casual sex. Cause when a woman tricks a man like in the scenario you posted they don't consider it a legal issue either. Why do you feel like laws should be different for men and women?
I'd consider it a legal matter if my condom got holes poked in in it and I caught a std.

Please dont put words in my mouth

What he did is bad and should be punished regardless.

That gender equality law issue is a whole other issue entirely and does not justify what he did

On a queue
People mentioned it already but the problem isn't him getting punished, it's the charge.

Im not :cape:for no French cac, but a rape charge is worrying for this type of situation.

Black men are notoriously targeted by court system for false rape charges (especially young athletes) and now this implies an even more deviously demonic way to put a rape charge on a black male.

Have to also consider how far will they take this? :rudy: If 2 people having sex and suddenly the dude sticks his dikk in her butt and starts :steviej: and she like":merchant: wait wait:damn: I didnt consent to this part of the sexual activity," are we now in a place where he could face a rape charge for intiating an act that wasn't agreed upon? Would it be different if they agreed to no anal sex, but he tried if anyway? Or is it different if they agree to not eating the box, but he tries it anyway? Are all these events possible rape charges because there was no consent.

Not trying to make it seem like removing a condom isnt dangerous and exactly the same thing, but a rape charge is a BIG charge. Everything! We are talkinga about being a registered sex offender. We talking about being in prison with hardcore killers who dont like sex offenders. You are a "rapist" that's as serious as it gets for your future relationship prospects and other chances

You might but the court doesn't and you would have no legal options to pursue it. After you consent to sex and as long as you are not under the influence how you and partner engage in sex has never been the business of the court. Thats between two consenting adults. There is way too much nuance to try to legally regulate how people engage in sex after they already give consent. And that's the legal precedent that has been used up until this case which is attempting to set a new legal precedent and regulate sexual activity beyond the original consent.

What the court does is a separate issue.

What he did is wrong and punishment is necessary

That man is a demon and should legally be punished as verbal insults aren't sufficient. His deceitful actions surely caused her physical/emotional/psychological distress. Disgusting dirtbag.

S/N - How didn't she feel the difference...

No. We are talking about a court case and legality.

What you feel is morally right or wrong is the separate issue.
No. I am talking about doing actions like that and punishment

That action deserves punishment whether it comes from court or street justice.

You going into gender differences is changing the topic and moving away from the point.
