I actually just started getting into PND heavy recently.....He's not as a talented as Weeknd & Lanez or has a great voice but he has some good tunes. I'll rather listen to him than Tiller though

You cant even really say he fell off if he never got on. I never heard anyone play his shyt like that (social circles). Tiller's name rings out more than his and you can argue that he's already on with less time.
