Salary = still get paid even calling in sick
Hourly = your fukked if you got that HIV
yeah i forgot to add that also, if i go over 40. I can use those hrs and leave early when I want to.. smh yall crazy, I hated clocking in or them giving me timesheets showing crap like I used 10 minutes for a personal.I'm salaried and I generally work around 40-45 hrs/week. If I work any hours over 40, those hours are comped, so if I work, say 60 hours one week, I'll take 2.5 days off the next week and still get paid for those hours. My paid vacation is also great (almost 7 weeks paid vacation/year).
It works for me.
