Mandarin Duck
Majestic and Highfalutin
No it isn't at all.
The single probably already sold multimillions and his album just did 174K
His last album sold 41K first week, 200K altogether.
just peep his track record -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robin_Thicke_discography#Albums
This is a win for him tbh![]()
Even if the Robin Thicke album doesn't end up selling, say a million copies, the success of that song, and the amount of placements in movies, TV, and commercials he'll get from it will set him up for life. That song will feed his kids kids.
EDIT: Assuming he owns his own publishing, that is.
I'll agree with this. The single is a huge success and he gon be eating for a while and given Robin Thicke's track record, 175k is good. But those numbers are pretty low . May not be fair to compare him to JT given he's a megastar, But Suit & Tie died out faster and he did better numbers his first week.
